The service we get from Davina is excellent,
If we have a problem we only have to ring her up and she will deal with the problem straight away.It doesn’t matter when we ring her up ,whether it’s late at night or at the weekends she will give us advise of what we can do to sort the problem out. If it’s something that she can’t sort out she will ring up the technical support team for us and they will ring us.

I use the Utility Warehouse telephony services at home, in my 2 businesses and have also used their excellent systems to set up an 0800 number for 170 UK wide branches. The system they have developed is exceptional and enables calls from anywhere in the UK to be automatically diverted to their nearest CURVES location. My home bills have been cut by 50% and my business lines by 75%! Our local Utility Warehouse representative truly goes the extra mile to ensure an exceptional service. When setting up a very complicated 0800 service she even took a considerable amount of her own time to organise the administration side of the operation.
